I have for you very easy recipe.
YOU WILL NEED
2 eggs, 1 banana, 2 cup oats, 1 cup peanut butter, 1/2 tsp baking soda, sugar of your preference (or none), 2/3 cup of dark chocolate chips, salt, 1tsp vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients together and create small bowls on your baking tray.
Bake for 20 minutes on 170 ºC .
and here you go your cookies are done
Great snack when you are on the go, or for breakfast.
