Peanut butter chia bowls

Always in rush but want to have good clean snack? Let me share with you this perfect recipe.

Do you have leftover oats and peanut butter? Perfect! Let’s do it!!!

you will need:

3 cups of oat

1/2 cup of chia seeds

360g of peanut butter

100g walnuts

100g of any dry fruit (I chose cranberries)

mix all ingredients together to create sticky dough

and start to make even bowls

It’s good to put them in container and keep them in fridge, they stay fresh and cool. If you creating layers put baking paper in between to prevent them to stick together.

Last piece in container and here we go! WE can snack on the go.
