How do you like for your breakfast?
I recently started to make my own granola to reduce the extra sugar I eat. Like this you can really control what you put in your body.
This is very simple recipe.
Oats , sunflower seeds, pumping seeds, canneries, dry dates, coconut oil, chia seeds, bake for 20 min on 180 C.
I usually add this granola on the top of my oats, you can add fresh fruit, honey, yogurt or milk of your preference I love coconut milk from provamel.
This bowl is made with greek yogurt, granola from shop, brazil nuts, pistachio, pomegranate, black berries and raspberries.
My next breakfast option is oat, pecan nuts, dry dates, blueberries, and my favourite coconut milk.
My last option is porridge.
I make my porridge with oats, water, salt and in the end I add homemade honey, blackberry and dates.
It’s the best option for upcoming cold dates or if you feel like having something warm.
