Warm baked apples

In cold summer morning, you wishing for some cosy comfort food?

Let me show you this easy comforting, healthy, low calorie BEAUTY.

What do you need, you ask?

For 1 portion

  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp spoon honey
  • 100g plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • granola for topping

How to do it?

Cut your apples on slices, put in mixing bowl and sprinkle your apple slices with cinnamon, vanilla extract and honey. Once all mixed together, get your baking tray and fill with baking paper and create nice bed for your apples.

Spread your apples evenly on tray add 2 tbsp of water and put in oven for 30-40 minutes on 180℃ until your apples get soft.

Once they are on plate top your apples with your favourite toppings.

In my case I used plain yogurt and my home made granola.
