These delicious healthy(ish) cookies will satisfy your sweet cravings.

What do you need?
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of old fashioned oats
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanila extract
- 96g butter (room temperate)
STEP 1
Get your food processor ready and add all ingredients except chocolate chips and flour. (TIPS: when adding ingredients in mixers start with soft or wet ingredients first)
STEP 2
When all mixed together put all the wet mixture in a mixing bowl and add flour and chocolate chips. Lightly mix all ingredients together.
STEP 3
Prepare your baking tray and place your cookie dough on it. Make sure you leave enough spaces in between, so your cookies don’t touch.

Place tray in oven and bake for around 25-30 min on 150℃.
When you feel like your cookies looks ready, remove from oven let them cool down (I know is HARD 😀 ) and ENJOY! 👩🍳
